Intellectual Property Rights

Instructors must not attempt to redirect students away from the platform for payments or solicit personal information beyond what is permitted.
Platform Rights

We may suspend or terminate instructor accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the platform’s integrity.
Limitation of Liability
Clifolio provides the platform on an “as available” basis and does not guarantee specific sales volume, revenue, or performance outcomes for instructors.
